In Chile there is a state agency that depends on the Ministry of Justice called Sename (National Service for Children), which should fulfill the task of protecting and promoting the rights of children and adolescents and to reinsert in society to teenagers who have broken the law. The problem is the following, this institution rather than providing support to minors generates much more damage, it is a place where human rights have been repeatedly violated, where children are mistreated and systematically abused, this In addition to generating less favorable spaces for children, it ends up being more a harm than an aid. My favorite piece of technology is the clock, it is an instrument to measure time or to indicate the time of day; can be fixed or portable. . I usually take one with me every day, as I always need to know what time it is to get to class esthetime or to do some activity. I use a portable one on my left wrist which I like a lot because it brings with it some other functions besides seeing the time, such as the timer, which I use when I do physical activity is also waterproof. Life would be very complex with no something to do with the hour, as I would have no notion of time, would always be very confused and late all places. A watch really helps a lot to simplify the life.

When I was a child, i wanted to be a veterinarian, because i always liked animals and i've always felt affection for them. When I was applying to university other career option it was social work, because I found it interesting. But what made me decide in the end by nursery education was the love for the children and the interest in how they learn every thing since every child is a world, every person is! In the future, I would like to have a job where I feel happy and satisfied, probably in a kindergarten in southern Chile, with many trees, animals and places where children can explore and get to know. I hope I can make it one day! 

 My name is Karol Becerra, i was born in the city of Santiago, in 1999, in the hospital San Borja Arriaran. I spent all my childhood in the same elementary school. Then in high school, I had a slight interest in the humanist area, I was doing really well there and I always got recognition for that. My parents were from Chillán, a city in southern Chile, it's pretty nice as it has a lot of green áreas and I always travel there in Summer to visit the family. I am currently studying nursery education at the University of Chile, and one of my hobbies is taking photographs.
